Bergen’s Top Doctors Top Row: Dr. Robert Solomon Bottom Row: Dr. Michael Sisti & Dr. Paul McCormick

The 2013 Super Doctors of Bergen County were recently announced in (201)Health Magazine,* and three of our neurosurgeons made the esteemed roster. They are:

Dr. Robert A. Solomon, Department Chair and specialist in cerebrovascular surgery and the treatment of aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations.
Dr. Paul C. McCormick, specialist in spinal surgery and the treatment of spinal tumors.
Dr. Michael B. Sisti, specialist in stereotactic radiosurgery and the treatment of brain tumors and acoustic neuromas.

The list of physicians in (201)Health is based on research conducted by Key Professional Media, Inc.. and it answers the question, “Who are the doctors’ doctors?” In other words, if your doctor needed to see a specialist, who would he/she choose. Physicians were nominated by their peers for Super Doctor status, then each nominee was vetted for their professional achievement and disciplinary history. A blue ribbon panel then reviewed that list again, and the Super Doctors of Bergen County emerged.
